The award recognizes exceptional contributions to climate innovation, industry leadership and meaningful impact on the future of clean energy.

Under Brenmiller’s leadership, the company advanced thermal energy storage solutions for reliable, fossil-free industrial heat, established the world’s first dedicated TES gigafactory and became the first TES company listed on Nasdaq.
The award committee cited his record of taking visionary technologies from concept to commercial reality and his long-term commitment to scaling climate solutions with industrial impact. It also noted his leadership of Solel Solar Systems, which became a global solar thermal leader and was acquired by Siemens for more than $400 million.
