ARD Integrated Industrial Energy Hub
A planned integrated energy hub near PPF combining the acquired solar field with electricity, industrial heat and future data-center capacity.

Project Overview
ARD is a BrenX-initiated integrated industrial energy hub planned adjacent to the PPF project in Hungary. BrenX has acquired the neighboring solar photovoltaic field and has signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the acquisition of the land parcel intended for the hub.
The planned development is designed to bring electricity generation, thermal energy, energy storage, grid infrastructure and site-level optimization into one coordinated platform. The hub is intended to supply reliable electricity and industrial heat to customers in the surrounding area.
In a future development phase, and subject to definitive agreements, permitting, financing and technical requirements, BrenX intends to evaluate data-center infrastructure that could convert the site’s integrated energy capacity into computing services. The project reflects the BrenX strategy of combining energy assets, land, grid access and thermal storage into long-term operating infrastructure.
